Course Description:

This course is designed to expose the students to a variety of basic wire work techniques. Various styles of bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings will be produced. Students are encouraged to bring their own basic tools. The course fee is $75 and the materials fee is $60, the total is $135 for the course. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required up front and the remaining to be paid to the instructor at the first class. Each class is two hours in length.

Tools and materials for projects:
Needle nose pliers, Round nose pliers, Flat nose pliers, Flush Cutters, Measuring tape, Beads of various sizes, Wire- 20 and 24 gauge, Stone for wrapping

Bead wrapping - Bracelet and Earrings - spirals

Week 3 - Project

Stone wrapping and chain making

Course Name: Exploring Bead Stitchery

Course Description:

This course is designed to expose the student to a variety of stitchery techniques. Various stitches such as ladder, peyote, spiral and chevron, will be produced. We will be working with seed beads, thread and a needle to produce each project. Students are encouraged to bring their own basic tools, needles, thread and task lamp if they have them. There will be a materials fee of $50, and a course fee of 75$ = 125$. A non-refundable deposit of 25$ is required up front and the remaining to be paid to the instructor at the first class. Each class is 2 hours in length.

Flat nose pliers, Seed beads of various sizes, Scissors, Nymo thread, Beading needles, Measuring tape
